Carly Berterman, MS, LPC, NCC, is passionate about helping children and families navigate life’s challenges. As a Pediatric Behavioral Health Therapist at Health Services of North Texas, she uses a child-centered approach that allows each child to feel comfortable, supported, and empowered. Drawing on experience in schools and clinical settings, Carly focuses on creating a safe space where children can build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and thrive.

Carly is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Counseling and Counselor Education at Texas Christian University. When she’s not working or studying, she enjoys weightlifting, running, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her two pit bulls, Sky and Freddie.
